1 pound red trout fillets
2 cloves garlic, such as Mr. Dipz Peeled Garlic
1 small shallot
4 medjool dates, pitted
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
sprinkle of Pereg Pepper
1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 lemon, zested
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash and pat dry the fish, and place on a sheet pan.
Blend the garlic, shallot, dates, olive oil, water, salt and pepper.
Use a brush to spread this mixture on to the fish.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon zest.
