Red Trout with Dates, Shallots and Garlic

Ingredients

Red Trout

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • sprinkle of Pereg Pepper

  • 1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley

  • 1 lemon, zested

Directions

Red Trout With Dates, Shallots and Garlic

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Wash and pat dry the fish, and place on a sheet pan.

3.

Blend the garlic, shallot, dates, olive oil, water, salt and pepper.

4.

Use a brush to spread this mixture on to the fish.

5.

Bake for 12 minutes.

6.

Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon zest.
