I tasted a salad with beets and apples and loved it so much that I started making my own. I added celery and walnuts for added flavor and crunch. I want to inspire people to use fresh, raw beets!
1-2 beets, peeled and grated
2 green apples, grated
1-2 stalks celery, chopped
chopped walnuts (optional)
2 teaspoons Heaven & Earth Date Syrup
lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
Put all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the silan, lemon juice to taste, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Pour over the salad and toss again.
