This raspberry irish coffee tastes like strong coffee with a nice hint of raspberry tea. Let the cinnamon stick sit in the coffee for a few minutes and stir, it will add a delicious flavour!
4 cups freshly brewed or instant coffee
2 raspberry tea bags
2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
4 ounces whipped cream
4 cinnamon sticks
Place tea bags into boiling cups of coffee, let seep for 3 minutes.
Beat whip cream, place into pastry bag.
With star tip, swirl whip cream over coffee.
Serve with cinnamon stick as a straw.
