Rachel’s Pizza Dough

Perfect pizza dough every time; precise measurements; quick and easy; no fail!!!

Ingredients

Pizza dough

  • 1 and 1/2 cups flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 and 1/4 cups warm water

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1 tablespoon yeast

  • another 2 cups flour

Directions

1.

Mix all ingredients together, in the order listed, in a Cuisinart. It forms a perfect, soft dough in about a minute or so.

2.

Cover bowl and let rest for about an hour.

3.

Roll out dough (circle) and make your pizza with your favorite pizza sauce (optional spices like oregano, garlic) and shredded cheese.

4.

Bake in Betty Crocker pizza maker.
