  • 3 Tbs dry yeast

  • 3/4 c sugar

  • 5 c warm water

  • 5 lbs flour

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 c oil

  • 2 Tbs salt

combine yeast and sugar.

let sit till bubbly

3.

add 6 c flour, mix

4.

add eggs, oil and salt

5.

mix on high speed for a few minutes

6.

add rest of flour

7.

mix slowly for 10 minutes

8.

rest 15 minutes

9.

mix fast 1 minute

10.

add 2 Tbs oil with hands

11.

cover and put in a warm place,

12.

rise 1 hour

13.

braid, rise 1 more hour
