1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon Gefen Instant Dry Yeast
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg
2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (if you substitute with whole wheat, use less)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 batch quick dough
Gefen Pizza Sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese
1 batch quick dough
1/4 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 heaping tablespoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
shredded mozzarella cheese
1 batch quick dough
oil
cinnamon
sugar
1/3 cup cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 to 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons milk, to thin
Option 1: Mix this right into the pan! Pour warm water into a 9×13 pan. On top, shake the yeast and mix to dissolve. Next, mix in the egg and oil. Add in the flour and salt and mix till combined. Add a bit more flour if necessary. It should still be a sticky dough.
Option 2: Mix in a bowl. Triple this recipe to make it all! Mix dough in a large bowl then divide dough into three. Follow preparation directions below.
For a thick crust put the dough into a 10-inch round pan. For a thinner crust use two nine-inch round pans.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Drizzle olive oil into the bottom of the pan. Add in the dough and drizzle with a bit more oil. Spread out the dough. Allow dough to sit five to 10 minutes then shape again and top with sauce and cheese.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together the olive oil, garlic, parsley, and salt. Take a third of the garlic-herb oil and pour into the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Place dough into pan and add another third of the oil on top. Spread out evenly.
Allow to sit five to 10 minutes.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
Once baked, cut into 20 to 25 thin slices. Top with shredded cheese. Cover tightly and allow cheese to melt or return to oven for another two minutes.
Once cheese is melted, brush on the remaining garlic herb oil.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pour a thin layer of oil into a 9×13 pan. Shake on sugar and cinnamon. Place dough on top and drizzle with a bit more oil. Spread dough out into pan. Allow to rise five to 10 minutes. Shake on more sugar and cinnamon. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
Once ready, cut into 20 to 25 thin slices.
Combine cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar, and milk. Serve cream cheese dipping sauce alongside the cinnamon sticks.

Tripled the dough and did all three versions- was amazingly popular! Not a scrap left! Thank you 😊
Can I use this dough to make cinnamon buns?
It doesn’t roll out nicely like you’d want for cinnamon buns which is why the cinnamon sticks are great and taste similar to the buns.
