1/2 white cabbage
2 carrots, peeled
1/4 cup Tuscanini White Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup light olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
Chop cabbage thinly.
Shred the carrots.
Place in a bowl and add seasonings.
Toss and enjoy.
