Ingredients

Quick Pesach Burgers

  • 1 pound lean ground meat

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon garlic

Directions

Prepare the Quick Pesach Burgers

1.

Combine ingredients with meat and form into patties.

2.

Lay onto cookie sheet and baste each patty with ketchup.

3.

Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, then turn patties over, baste again, and cook that side for an additional 20 minutes.

Notes:

If you want a more well-done patty, cook each patty for an extra five minutes on each side.
