2 (17-ounce) cartons of Manischewitz Vegetable Broth
1 to 2 (17.5-ounce) cartons of Tuscanini Tomato Sauce (if you like your soup less “tomato-y”, use 1 carton and 17 ounces water)
1 cup small grain white rice
2 tablespoons liquid aminos or soy sauce
dash of sea salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen spinach (ie Bodek)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pour all ingredients into an Instant Pot and set manual setting for 13 minutes.
If you don’t own an Instant Pot, place all ingredients in crockpot with two tablespoons oil and slow cook on low for six to eight hours!
