2 and 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup Shibolim Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup Haddar Tahini
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk (can use a non-dairy alternative)
1/2 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup chocolate chunks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together dry ingredients (except chocolate chips). Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and combine wet ingredients. Mix everything together and fold in chocolate chips.
Bake in a greased nine- by nine-inch pan for 25-30 minutes.
