Great for the Fall!
8 ounces of any kind of milk (I use unsweetened almond)
2 ounces cold brew coffee
1/4 cup pumpkin purée (NOT pie filling)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
2 tablespoons almond butter
(optional: 1 tablespoon flax seeds)
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients and pour in glass cup and enjoy.
