Ingredients

Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

  • 8 ounces of any kind of milk (I use unsweetened almond)

  • 2 ounces cold brew coffee

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée (NOT pie filling)

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • (optional: 1 tablespoon flax seeds)

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1.

Blend all ingredients and pour in glass cup and enjoy.
