knockwurst sausage
3/4 pound (350 grams) fillet steak or small brisket
Gefen BBQ Sauce or other barbecue sauce
shoestring French fries
oil, for frying
black lava salt
hot dog bun
Pour barbecue sauce over steak. Bake covered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) for one to two hours. Allow to cool slightly. Pull beef and add a bit more barbecue sauce if necessary.
Fry French fries in oil.
To assemble: Drizzle barbecue sauce over bun. Place sausage in. Arrange pulled beef over sausage. Place fries on top. Sprinkle with black lava salt.
