These cheese snacks are packed with delicious flavor and protein, making them a filling and nutritious start to your day! Yields 10 cheese snacks
1 8-ounce cream cheese
1 16-ounce cottage cheese
1 5-ounce plain Greek yogurt
4 eggs
2 teaspoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Blend all the ingredients together for about five minutes or until the cottage cheese becomes smooth.
Pour the mixture into muffin pans or ramekins and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Can be refrigerated for up to two weeks.
