These potato waffles are basically latkes, re-envisioned, and creatively combined with the classic Southern dish of fried chicken and waffles. Beer-battered chicken strips top the waffles in a perfect flavor combination. The truffle aioli sauce is easy to make but adds next-level gourmet flavor. This dish would be perfect to serve at a Hanukkah party! Get more Chanukah recipes from our Chanukah recipe collection.
