This refreshing dessert is both delicious as well as beautiful. The flavors and the colors are so beautiful and are sure to enhance your seudah!
10 pears (peeled)
2 cups Kedem Grape Juice
3 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 cup sweet red wine, such as Herzog Late Harvest Zinfandel
2 mango
8 peaches
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups water
1 tablespoon Gefen Lemon Juice
Place all ingredients in a pot and cook for one and a half to two hours.
Dice the fruit, add all the ingredients to a pot, and cook for half an hour. Cool and blend.
Serve the pears over the purée.
