Pizza, pasta or fish: which is your favorite dish to order at a dairy restaurant? Now you no longer need to choose! This recipe brings the things we love about all three dishes into one easy meal.
1 and 1/2 pounds fish fillets
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup water
8 ouncesĀ Gefen Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 box Tuscanini Spaghetti, cooked and drained
Place fish in greased pan, tucking under thin edges. Sprinkle with seasoning. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees Fahrenheit until fish flakes easily.
Cook vegetables, covered, in 1/4 cup water for five minutes. Drain.
Add pizza sauce and heat. Spoon vegetable mixture over fish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake one minute or until cheese melts.
