Submitted by Wshindler A sweet rich texture kugel as nice side dish for Shabbos meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
4 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
cinnamon, for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 350.
Add 4 eggs into blender and liquify it for 20 seconds, then add the rest of the ingredients except crushed pineapple and blend for 20 seconds.
Once mixed together, add crushed pineapple and blend all to a liquid consistency.
Pour into a round pan and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Enjoy!
