Pickled Brisket

  • Meat

  • 2 tbsp Oil

  • 1 tbsp Mustard

  • 5 tbsp Ketchup

  • 2 tbsp Vinegar

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar

Boil the Meat- 1 hour for every pound (1/2 kilo).

Mix all the ingredients for the Sauce and add to the Meat.

3.

Bake for 20 minutes.
