Sticking with the Italian theme here, I’ve got a perfect pesto for you and your family to enjoy, with the perfect ratio of herby goodness and tantalizing flavors. É delizioso!
2 and 1/2 cups fresh basil
1/3 cup Tuscanini Olive Oil
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
3 cloves garlic or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
