Yield: 40 rolls
4 cups water
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups Manischewitz Matzo Meal
8 eggs, beaten
Bring water, oil, and salt to a boil. Put matzo meal in a large bowl and pour the boiling mixture over it. Mix well.
Add eggs and knead, preferably with a hand mixer, until you have a smooth dough.
With wet hands, form balls approximately the size of ping-pong balls. You can make other shapes as well, as long as they are not too thick.
Place rolls on a parchment paper-lined baking tray about two inches apart to allow room for them to expand.
Brush with beaten egg and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) for about 50 minutes or until browned.
