These potato wedges are crispy, spiced to perfection, and easy to make every time.
4 medium potatoes, scrubbed and rinsed
1/2 cup Gefen Olive Oil
3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
3/4 teaspoon Gefen Salt
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon Pereg Black Pepper
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, and then slice each half into four wedges.
Place the potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
Season the potatoes with salt, paprika, pepper, and fresh garlic, and then toss them until they are well coated.
Pour the oil onto the potatoes and add the parsley flakes.
Spread the potatoes onto a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes, then flip them over and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
