2 and 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons Glicks Flour
4 teaspoons mushroom soup mix
1 teaspoon Glicks Soy Sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 pound Beleaves French Fries, prepared and kept warm
In a saucepan, heat butter. Stir in remaining ingredients except French fries, one at a time in order, until smooth.
Lower flame and cook for four minutes, until cheese is melted.
Pour mixture over hot fries.
