1 pound (454 grams) cooked Tuscanini Penne Pasta
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, crushed, or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
3/4 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 pint (2 cups) heavy cream
8 ounces (225 grams) sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Melt butter in a pot. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent (about seven minutes).
Add in drained spinach and sauté two minutes more. Add in heavy cream and sour cream and stir until melted.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer for five minutes.
Prepare penne according to package instructions. Mix with pasta sauce.
