This appetizer is so easy to put together, but so incredibly delicious – all my samples were gone very, very quickly!

Ingredients

Crostini

  • 1 baguette, sliced

  • Tuscanini Olive Oil

  • fig jam

  • Dijon mustard

  • 2 firm pears (I used bartlett), thinly sliced into rounds

Directions

Prepare the Crostini

1.

Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast until lightly browned.

2.

On each slice, spread a thin layer of fig jam and dijon mustard. Top with one pear slice, a few arugula leaves and goat cheese crumbles.

3.

Drizzle lightly with red grape reduction.
