For the peanut lovers out there, here’s a delicious dessert that’s also gluten free, only 4 ingredients, takes a minute to make, and there are so many ways to top it off. A surprise dessert that all your guests will be craving.
3/4 cup all-natural peanut butter
3/4 soy milk
6 pitted Medjool dates
A little vanilla extract
Blend all together.
I serve in individual gold “flutes” and top with melted chocolate, sprinkles or nuts depending on my mood. Can easily double the recipe.
