If you’re looking for a super easy gluten free treat that doesn’t require baking, try these! No mixer no mess! They’re packed with lots of flavor in a mini bite! They’ll be gone before you know it!
8 oz. crunchy peanut butter
8 oz. creamy peanut butter
7 oz. marshmallow fluff
3 and 1/4 cups (Taanug) crisp rice cereal
1 bar nougat flavor chocolate (melted)
mini marshmallows
4-5 pieces Viennese crunch (cut into thin slices)
Mix peanut butter and marshmallow fluff until well combined. Add crisp rice and mix again. Form balls with a 1 Tablespoon cookie scoop (press down before taking them out of the scoop so they should be nice and round). Freeze until hardened.
Dip balls in melted chocolate and place on a lined cookie sheet. Place a mini marshmallow and a slice of Viennese crunch on top . Drizzle the top with the rest of the chocolate.
Optional: you can skip the dipping part and just drizzle any chocolate. Enjoy!
