Prepare the Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Mix together all ingredients.

  3. Drop onto a cookie sheet, using a tablespoon of batter for each cookie, leaving space between each for spreading.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes.

Do you think I can sub with regular tahini?

You should be able to. Even though the spread is more of a chocolate spread consistency. I would say a tahini spread would be the closest but I think tahini would work.
