Popcorn is the perfect snack for a late-night party, don’t you think? Try this heavenly flavored variety (as well as the Salted Caramel Popcorn variation) and watch your popcorn go from “just good” to “gourmet” with a few simple ingredients!
8 to 10 cups popcorn
2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup Gefen Light Corn Syrup
2 and 1/2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Gefen Creamy Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 bar Geneve Milk Chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and grease with cooking spray.
Place popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Pour over popcorn and toss gently to coat.
Spread popcorn onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the popcorn. Store in an airtight container.
