3 tablespoons peanut butter
3 tablespoons Tuscanini Fruit Spread
1 egg white
Turbinado sugar (Sugar in the Raw), for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Let pie crust thaw at room temperature. When pie crust is soft but still cold, turn out onto a piece of parchment paper. Roll thinly using a rolling pin. Use a round cookie cutter to cut into circles.
Add peanut butter and jam to two piping bags. Pipe into center of circles. Seal closed in a half moon shape.
Add hand pies to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with turbinado sugar. Bake for 12 minutes.
