Finger food is the number one item on a party menu. This twist on the traditional franks and blanks will have your guests coming back again for more – the kids and even the adults.
Frozen pizza dough, fully defrosted
Package of pastrami (cut in half)
Package of mini hot dogs
Egg (for brushing)
Everything topping spice
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Roll out fully defrosted pizza dough into a large circle. Cut the circle into equal wedges (cutting the whole circle in quarters, then each quarter into thirds, etc.)
Fold half a slice of pastrami 3 times and place it on the wider edge of the dough. Put a mini hot dog on top of the pastrami.
Starting with the wide edge, roll up each wedge. Place each wrapped dog on a prepared cookie sheet.
Brush with egg and spice with everything spice.
Bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes till golden.
Serve warm or room temperature with any of your favorite dips.
