1/2 pound Tuscanini Elbows, cooked and drained
1/2 pound herring in cream sauce, diced
1/3 cup gherkins, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise or sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped dill or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Dill
Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Serve with salad greens.
