Ingredients

Passover Pistachio Crinkle Cookies

  • 1 egg

  • 110 grams (3.8 ounces) ground pistachio

  • 100 grams (3.5 ounces) ground hazelnuts such as Gefen

  • 100 grams (1/2 cup) white sugar

Directions

1.

Mix together all the ingredients, except confectioners’ sugar, until combined.

Cover and keep in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

3.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

4.

Remove cookie dough from the refrigerator and form into 14 to 16 balls. Pour powdered sugar on a tray or plate and roll the balls in the sugar, to coat.

5.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies start to crack.
