The perfect breakfast muffin, snack, or dessert. Yields 6 standard muffins
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Almond Flour
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup pecans
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine almond flour, sugar, oil, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla. Gently mix in raisins and pecans. Pour into muffin holders and bake for 25 minutes.
