3 large potatoes
salt, to taste
1 cup grated cheese
3/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 tablespoon Gefen Dry Parsley Flakes
pepper, to taste
Bake potatoes for one hour and 15 minutes or until tender.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Slit potato tops in criss-cross pattern, but do not cut through skin.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix remaining ingredients. Press into incisions on top of each potato.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
