Welcome the season into your kitchen with a refreshing cool drink. This one is quick, easy, and kid-friendly. Great as a snack or accompaniment to a meal, the sweet flavor and rich hue will let you know that, yay, spring is here!
2 ripe papayas
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
Peel, seed, and coarsely chop the papayas.
In a blender, combine papayas with the orange juice and frozen yogurt. Blend until smooth. Pour into two chilled glasses, stick a straw in and enjoy!
