A crispy panko coating and crunchy coleslaw adds a great texture to this burger. The secret burger sauce is what takes this sandwich to the next level.   • 1/3 cup seasoned panko crumbs

For Serving

  • bun of your choice

Directions

Prepare the Panko-Crusted Perfect Burger

Heat up oil in a skillet on low heat.

Set up a small dredging station with one shallow plate containing the beaten egg, one plate containing the panko. Dredge each burger in egg followed by the panko and cook for eight to 10 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through.

3.

Assemble the burger with sauce, the panko burger, pickle chips and coleslaw.
