This is a super cool pizza recipe that can be made on your stovetop rather than in an oven, in case your oven is not functioning or you don’t have a dairy oven. The dough is tasty and easy to work with, the sauce is quick to whip up, throw on some shredded cheese, and voila! Stovetop pizza in half an hour! Feel free to top your pizza withe the toppings of your choice. Olives, onions, peppers…you get the idea! Enjoy!
2 and 1/2 cups flour (if desired, you can use 1 and 1/4 cups Shibolim Whole Wheat Flour and 1/2 cup regular flour)
1 cup apple or orange juice
4 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon Haddar Baking Powder
1 cup Gefen Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoons Heaven & Earth Ketchup
Gefen Onion Powder, to taste
1 cup pizza cheese
Combine dough ingredients in a large bowl (can be done by hand). In a separate bowl, mix sauce ingredients.
Spray a 10 or 12-inch frying pan with oil spray. Spread dough evenly into and halfway up the sides of the pan. Smear sauce over dough and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover pan with aluminum foil. Cook on low heat for 1⁄2 hour.

Pan Pizza Very easy to make, but definitely need to add salt to the dough and would do half the recipe for a 12” pan.
Otherwise was delicious!
Needs salt So far it looks good, but the dough needs salt.
Great idea! I don’t have a dairy oven so when I saw this recipe I decided to go for it! It came out amazingly good!!
Thanks!
