Mix up this simple base recipe for overnight oats and flavor it with the add-ins of your choice. The four ideas below are just the beginning!
heaping 1/2 cup oats (rolled oats preferred)
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Gefen Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax meal (optional)
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/2 cup raisins or craisins
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Ground Cinnamon, plus more to sprinkle before serving
heaping 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
2 teaspoons Heaven and Earth Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon sugar substitute
1/4 cup chopped strawberries (frozen is fine)
2 tablespoons light whipped cream cheese
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Heaven and Earth Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup crushed pecans
2 tablespoons Manischewitz Honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, mix together oats, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and chia seeds or flax meal, if using.
Add the flavor add-ins of your choice and stir.
Divide between two jars or containers, cover, and refrigerate at least four hours.
If making carrot-cake oats, sprinkle extra cinnamon on top right before serving.

This is really good! I do the strawberry but I skip the cream cheese cuz it stays clumped
