An easy and delicious stir fry recipe that elevates any dish. Best part! There are no pots to clean.
1 red pepper and 1/2 yellow pepper, cut in strips
1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 purple onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sugar snap peas
1 and 1/2 tbsp duck sauce
2 garlic cubes
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Put all the vegetables, duck sauce and garlic cubes into a 9×13 pan. Mix it all together making sure that all the vegetables get covered in seasoning.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake uncovered on 350 F for 45 minutes.
