Oven-Baked Chicken and Peppers “Stir Fry”

  • 1 teaspoon Pereg Turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon dill

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 pepper, sliced thinly

  • 1 onion, sliced thinly

Directions

Prepare the Oven-Baked Chicken and Peppers “Stir Fry”

1.

Mix together the marinara sauce, maple syrup, oil, and all the spices.

In an oil-sprayed 9×13-inch pan, place in the cubed chicken, sliced vegetables, and sauce. Mix everything together.

3.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour and 15 minutes (or until the chicken is fully cooked).
