A quick and delicious take on Chinese takeout. Chicken stir fry with carrots, celery, and a honey-soy sauce served over rice.
3/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup Gefen Honey
3 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Gefen Cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons oil
2 large carrots, thinly sliced
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 pound chicken cutlets, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup cashews or peanuts, chopped
Heat oil in large skillet. Stir-fry carrots and celery for three minutes. Remove vegetables from skillet.
Place chicken strips into skillet and stir-fry for five minutes. Sprinkle nuts over chicken and cook for 25 minutes.
Arrange vegetables among chicken pieces and pour sauce over chicken.
Serve with sauce (below) over hot rice.
Combine all ingredients. Serve with chicken.
