This east flavorful Asian style salad can be dressed up or down as you wish. Super versatile and super yummy!
1 pound green beans, steamed
1/2 pound mushrooms
1/2 red pepper
1 carrot, shredded or shaved
sesame seeds
3 tablespoons Haddar Teriyaki Sauce
3 tablespoons Kedem Red Wine Vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
onion powder, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Steam the string beans. (For variety, steam and add any or all of the optional vegetables.)
Mix together dressing ingredients. Just before serving, toss vegetables with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
