This east flavorful Asian style salad can be dressed up or down as you wish. Super versatile and super yummy!

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 pound green beans, steamed

Optional add-ins

  • 1/2 pound mushrooms

  • 1/2 red pepper

  • carrot, shredded or shaved

  • sesame seeds

Dressing

  • garlic powder, to taste

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

Steam the string beans. (For variety, steam and add any or all of the optional vegetables.)

2.

Mix together dressing ingredients. Just before serving, toss vegetables with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Notes:

In order to accommodate sesame allergies, substitute olive oil for the sesame oil and omit the sesame seeds.
