6 sweet potatoes
1/2 cup Gefen Honey
1 cup orange juice
1/2 stick margarine or oil
1 tablespoon Gefen Cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1⁄4-inch cubes.
Place sweet potatoes in 9×13 inch pan and toss with honey, until well coated. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes.
Add the orange juice and margarine or oil. Bake another 50 minutes until desired tenderness is reached, basting every 15 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into dish. Bake, uncovered, for another 5 minutes.
Serve using a slotted spoon.
