Wings are definitely great fried, but I draw the line at that kind of patchkeh. When cooking for a crowd, I always bake them, and they still get crispy and delicious!
4 pounds (2 kilograms) chicken wings
1 cup Glicks Ketchup
1 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
Clean the chicken wings and place on a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in oven and bake for one hour.
Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Remove baking sheet from oven and spread the sauce over the wings to coat.
Return the pan to the oven and raise the temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Cook for another 30 minutes.
