Chicken and potatoes are always a safe choice when it comes to dinner, but why should it be boring? This fun and super flavorful take on a classic dinner will knock your socks off!
3 pounds baby gold potatoes, quartered
2 and 1/2 pounds chicken drumettes
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup silan, such as Heaven & Earth Date Syrup
2 and 1/2 teaspoons Tuscanini Sea Salt
1 tablespoon Pereg Shawarma spice mix
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon allspice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large metal baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Place all the ingredients on prepared baking sheet. Toss to coat.
Roast for 50 minutes. Turn oven to broil; broil for three minutes.
