This recipe has been a big hit. It’s one-pan dishes like this, which are both family-friendly and quick to prepare, that are always popular with busy families.
2 and 1/2 to 3 pounds (approx. 12) minute steaks (with the vein in the center)
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 large onions, sliced into half moons
2 (3-ounce) package ramen noodles (discard flavor packets)
32 ounces Beleaf Frozen Broccoli Florets
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup Gefen BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Manischewitz Honey
1/2 cup Haddar Teriyaki Sauce
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
4 teaspoons minced ginger or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Ginger
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and spices. Dredge both sides of each steak in the mixture; place in a large roasting pan (this will not fit in a 9 x 13-inch pan). Top with onions.
In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Pour over meat. Cover with heavy duty foil; bake for two hours.
Remove pan from oven. Add ramen noodles, one package at each end of the pan (you do not need to break them up yet), pushing down in the pan. Add frozen broccoli. Cover; bake one additional hour.
Remove pan from oven and toss everything together with the sauce until well-coated.

Is there a way to shorten the cook time?
based on the rice ramen noodle question, when would you add it the recipe?
what is chili garlic sauce!
It’s an Asian sauce you can purchase at almost any grocery store in the US or here https://amzn.to/3X0XWZm
I’d love to use rice noodles for this. any idea how long to cook those for?
Soak them in warm water (not cold water, not hot water) for 10-15 minutes, or until they are soft. Unlike wheat pasta, you don’t need to boil rice noodles; the warm water is enough to cook them through.
The recipe never says when to use the salt. Over the meat in the beginning?
I would add it with the cornstarch and spices in step 2.
Can you substitute the minute steaks for thin sliced pepper steak in this recipe?
I’ve never tried it but I think you should be able to substitute the minute steak for pepper steak.
