It is quite sweet, but very delicious. I used wings and legs. As suggested by someone else, I reserved some sauce to baste the chicken after uncovering it.
does it need longer if using chicken legs?
Super quick and easy yet delicious dinner for weeknights. The juices from the chicken cook into the rice giving it wonderful flavor. I reserved a few spoonfuls of sauce to brush onto the chicken just before it finished cooking.
If I wanna make this recipe or any recipe using brown rice, how do I adjust the timing and water in the recipe?
Hi! For brown rice I use 2 cups of water to 1 cup of rice. Bring to a boil and then let simmer until all the water is gone and the rice is cooked.
very easy and liked very much
