vegetables of your choice (zucchini, pepper, baby corn…)
1 package of chicken cutlets cubed into nugget size
flour, to coat
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 garlic cubes
1/2 tsp salt
Slice an onion and place on the bottom of the pan. Spread the flour coated chicken nuggets on top.
Place the sliced vegetables of choice on top of the chicken.
Combine the sauce ingredients and pour it over. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Mix it all together and serve over rice.
