A very special treat that’s so easy to make!
15 ounces (430 grams) Tuscanini Kalamata Olives, pitted
1 large clove garlic
5 tablespoons Zeta Olive Oil
4 anchovies
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
Process olives, garlic, anchovies, and thyme in food processor in short pulses.
When smooth, add olive oil in a thin stream while mixing.
