Ingredients

Oat Biscuits

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1.5 cups of flour

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 0.5 teaspoons of salt

  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil

  • 3 cups of oats

  • 1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar

  • 0.5 cups of honey

  • 1 cup of raisins or chocolate chips

Directions

Prepare the Oat Biscuits

1.

Heat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.

2.

Beat oil and sugars until creamy.

3.

Mix in eggs and vanilla.

4.

Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well.

5.

Place in a 9×13 pan.

6.

Bake for 30-35 minutes.

can i substitue the coconut oil for extra light olive oil

Yes
